I remember the feeling after having my first baby. I felt weak, tired, and hated what I saw in the mirror, but above all, my mental health suffered from the very unhealthy life I lived.
One day, when my first born was a few months old, I realised that I knew I HAD to change. Not only for my family, but for myself. And what a journey it's been. I can hand on heart say it’s been the best thing I've ever done for myself.
