Easy Chicken Stir Fry with Noodles

Want a simple, quick and delicious meal even the kids will love (we can only hope)? Well you’re in luck. My Chicken Stir Fry bowl is made with easy every day items that you’ll absolute be wanting to make extra for leftovers.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cloves of garlic

  • Teaspoon of minced ginger

  • Capsicum

  • Broccoli

  • Green beans

  • Purple cabbage

  • Chicken thigh

  • Maggie Wholegrain 2 minute noodles

  • Ketcap manis

  • Teriyaki aminos

  • Sesame seeds, coriander, lime and chilli for toppings.

Directions:

  • Dice up garlic and add it to a fry pan on medium heat with some spray oil and minced garlic

  • Dice up all the veg and set aside. You can actually use whatever veg you like.

  • Dice up chicken and add to the pan until cooked through.

  • Add in the veggies and sauté for 5 minutes.

  • Cook the 2 minute noodles and drain the water, then add in the seasoning. Add the noodles to the pan along with the sauces. Heat for a few minutes and plate up and top with the toppings and enjoy!

Tip: do not let your noodles cook for any longer than 2 minutes otherwise they become soft, sticky and soggy.

You can add in any veg you have in the fridge.

Store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
